BNH Labs operates BNH. These terms describe use of the BNH website, account service, and private-beta integration. Read them together with our privacy notice.

An evolving private beta

Access is by invitation and setup may require help from the beta team. Features, availability, supported environments, and these terms may change. We may pause or end the beta. There is no guaranteed uptime, support response time, or continued availability. Do not rely on the beta for safety-critical work.

Use only authority you actually have

Connect only computers and accounts you own or have permission to control. You are responsible for the commands you authorize, the data you provide, your chosen permissions, and compliance with applicable law and third-party terms.

Commands can overwrite or delete files, expose information, incur charges, and affect external systems. Review consequential actions and maintain independent backups. Durable operation recovery is not a guarantee that every external side effect happens exactly once or can be undone.

Protect access and respect the service

Keep invitations, credentials, and device keys private. Verify device identity when pairing and revoke access when a device is lost or no longer trusted. Signing in does not override local authorization.

Do not use BNH for unauthorized access, malware, fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, or interference with others' systems. Do not bypass access controls, misuse another person's credentials, or deliberately disrupt the service.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the integration and revoke paired devices. We may restrict or end access to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or the end of the beta. Revocation does not undo work already performed. Retention and deletion are described in the privacy notice. For support, privacy, or deletion requests, contact bnhdevs@gmail.com.

Your material and third-party rights

You retain your rights in your files and other material. You permit the processing needed to carry out your requests and operate the service as described in the privacy notice. You must have the rights needed to provide that material.

The site copyright notice applies only to protectable original material owned by the stated rights holder. It does not claim product ideas, your data, third-party marks, or material that is not copyrightable. Third-party notices and licenses continue to apply. These terms do not grant a general license to the underlying BNH software or change any software license.

Warranties and responsibility for loss

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results. You remain responsible for assessing outputs before acting on them.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from beta use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not require arbitration or select a governing jurisdiction.

Changes and questions

Revised terms will be posted here with a revision date. Review material changes before continuing to use the beta. For support, privacy, or deletion requests, contact bnhdevs@gmail.com.
